Seepage on walls of the room. Damaged bes given to sleep. When reached the hotel they said that the hotel is overbooked. They sent me other hotel to sleep. Pathetic services.

No proper rooms… AC was not working properly… room was too small for two people…. First room they gave us have an oldest AC I have seen… then changed the room which didn’t have properly working ac… customer relationship was ok..

The stay was not so good. The rooms image which was shown it wasn't that kind. Their was no restaurant in the property, they were only serving the breakfast and no other meal whole day because their was no restaurant of the property. The breakfast was also not sufficient enough for a single person also. They used to serve only 3 pcs of bread and butter and jam for vegetarians and extra for non veg items was only sausages that's it. There was no option in the breakfast and if u are empty stomach and want 1 pc extra bread they won't serve as they will say that it is only limited to 3 pcs per person. Their was no toiletries or anything extras been provided from hotels end. It was a pathetic experience when it come to speak about stay. Money was too much for the room. And breakfast was included but that is not a proper worth breakfast. If you are hungry then i can go out and have another breakfast somewhere else. Hotel will not provide any food and also they won't allow you to bring food from outside. Concept they only know. Overall not at all a experience could have got other hotel for the same price. this was a 1st time when room was different then what it was shown.

Room ambience was not yet all good. Very small room and no place to keep wet cloths most of the time power cut wantedly they were doing for control there bill. Having so many switches outside for inside the room. It's not worthy for money, with that money can get another good hotels. We did not have breakfast over there, they refused to prepare and 10. 30 am. They didn't even cal and not responded for massage for breakfast.

The reception and of course the manager were very rude and unhelpful and made a very bad memory for our first night in maldives i am the owner of a hotel in the uae and it is not like a hotel here the narrow stairs of the third floor room and no elevator dirty toilet and tolerable room and ok bed breakfast is an egg and a little jam and a small sausage

If even we pay more it doesn't matter but this place was too old and tv was not working. Used bed sheet and damaged product, no proper hot water, drinking water was served ib mug in the room. After reporetd offered bottel. Ask for airport. Which was refused. Not worth.

At check-in they told me the room was not available, cancel your booking. Then they asked me for an additional amount and when I gave them the extra money they gave me room. Breakfast is limited, cooking and serving in very poor condition. The bed and bedsheets are old and dirty. The photo of the hotel shown is fake.
