Huge property but the beach was not clean. Limited options for breakfast. Aside all the staff was extremely stubborn, requested them to help in getting my baby's food warm to which they ignored. And gave no response. Made manipulation while preparing final bill. From 8 million my bill went upto 20million. When i requested for supporting bills and previous transaction adjustments rather showing they accepted that the bill is qeong without me highlighting, later apologised and got it rectified. Me not checking would have ended up paying 14 million extra. Poor staff

Initial room was having issues and post complain MMT relationship officer and hotel changed to another room which was very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and well maintained. Receptionist in evening/night shift was very helpful. Got little Indian vegetarian option and would be good if they can add more food items.

Positive: (1)Green and kind of out of crowd place. (2)Private beach although small one. (3)Good swimming pools. (4)Lot of paid activities even for kids at reasonable price for full day. Negative: (1)Rooms although bid but average. (2)Food choices limited if you are vegetarian specially if you are Indian traveller. (3)Far from the city and even area shuttles are paid. (4) No pick-up facility from Batam center or any other ferry terminal. Taxi cost 15 -20$ one way.

Great location but Bad maintenance

The hotel location is good, however, it's not well maintained. The first room which was allocated to us had a semi-alive cockroach. The view from the next assigned room was great, but the property can make some investment in keeping it cleaner. The staff was friendly, service for most things were prompt. Pool is clean, but it's really small. The beach is OK. The food is not bad, but nothing extraordinary. The prices are a bit high for Indonesia.
