Great location. Close to the airport and disneyland. And the mtr is there, in case you want to go to hong kong harbour or kowloon or causeway it's easy. The biggest plus is the luntau big buddha, disneyland and airport. The breakfast buffet is decent, the Novotel Citygate Hong Kong rooms are spacious with all amenities. The only thing we found odd was the reluctance of the Novotel Citygate Hong Kong to provide drinking water! it's a leed certified Novotel Citygate Hong Kong, i understand sustainability but not giving water is bizarre!

very convenient location at lantau island . just next to mall, MTR, bus station..perfect for Disney , Buddha , cable car, pink dolphin tour . mall is just next door has many food options . buffet breakfast at Novotel Citygate Hong Kong is very limited but can work if grabbing a quick bite and leaving for visiting the tourist location. overall good property with good service and veg convenient location. people can consider staying here and visiting central and tsim sha in day trips if staying in centre of hong kong is not a requirement

Checkin was very smooth. Our flight arrived very early in the morning. They gave us the room much before the check in time. House keeping is really good. Room is cleaned very well everyday. We are a couple with a 14 yo daughter. We took a queen bed room. The bed felt a bit small though. Location is a 100. Mtr is closeby. Shopping mall is few steps. Lots of places to eat. I really enjoyed my stay here.

One of the best Novotel Citygate Hong Kongs near by airport. Very convenient location as it is adjoining to citygate outlets mall. 10mins Walk to cable car and MTR station, both via Mall. Also, they have shuttle to/from Airport. However, Breakfast has very limited options for Pure vegetarian/ Indians.

Best stay. Close to disneyland. Just one stop to the train to disney. Shopping outlets too in the same building cable car station also same building. Just a perfect place for tourist. For indians breakfast doesn’t not have much options. We managed with a bakery next to the mrt station

Experience was good. However need some promptness in house keeping service. Also took some time (more than expected) for check in. Also need some more light / brightness in room. Location wise, i beleive its best. Also need to have more Vegan options in veg.
