All is good except breakfast which is boiled eggs and toast everyday. Please improve upon this and keep a supervisor to look after the guests. There were only trainees. Rooms were clean and housekeeping very good.

Lovely wooden structure, very quaint and rustic but with modern facilities. Good location, about a 10 min walk to downtown And has a bus stop just outside The Hotel. Got a paid upgrade to a suite And that worked well for my family of 2+2. Hot tub was great after a day of exploring Banff and surroundings. Continental breakfast is good, can get full Canadian breakfast for a charge, but we managed with the continental breakfast. Staff were very friendly and responsive to our requests And questions. Overall a great experience.
