Location is okay, at checkin despite paying 100% you have to pay a deposit for a $100 to $200 deposit which blocks your available credit limit. Rooms are small with no fridge or a microwave.

Excellent stay

Lovely wooden structure, very quaint and rustic but with modern facilities. Good location, about a 10 min walk to downtown And has a bus stop just outside The Hotel. Got a paid upgrade to a suite And that worked well for my family of 2+2. Hot tub was great after a day of exploring Banff and surroundings. Continental breakfast is good, can get full Canadian breakfast for a charge, but we managed with the continental breakfast. Staff were very friendly and responsive to our requests And questions. Overall a great experience.
