Peach Blossom Resort

worst one , room service not available .many staffs but doing nothing .even in last day while leaving hotel manager himself brought down all our luggage alone to our mini van , though he called some one but no staffs were there while check out . Basically the staffs are more interested to get tips in USD.very pathetic .

Awesome people awesome behaviour. I got into a minor accident during my Phuket visit. They took care of me very well and gave us an extension also.

service is very poor in hotel• they don't have medical kit in hotel my finger got cut by knife and I call in reception for medical help 'then they said you have to wait for 10 minutes or come to reception seriously such a disgusting thing they have done to u service is very poor in hotel•

The property is excellent. Staff is friendly. Good spacious rooms and service is remarkable. Vegetarian food by Indian chef is great ! Walking distance to Kata and Karon beach makes it a top spot hotel !

It's near sevarage, all day & night you will smell poop, don't waste your money watching it cheap as compared to others. This is the worst hotel that i've ever visited, there's no sauna, steam & gym. They wrote many fake amenities to their profile but there's nothing btw i booked their grand suite which has to be their best room but reality is worst you can't even imagine how bad this hotel is

Peaceful stay, in the city. All goof and shopping markets are very near. Staff is extremely polite. Beach is near

I do not recommend indians to book peach blossom because the major problem is food since they know the no of indian tourists visiting thailand every year but still they don t have indian cuisines in their hotel and they cater mainly to russians and italians. Also mentioned they do serve continental and asian cuisine but that does not include indian food. Also its on hill top so you have to climb up by foot from the main road to hotel reception as they have very limited golf cart for hotel guests. It is far from bangla road. Also there were many flies mosquitos and ants in room and washroom

Hotel is on a hill that will break your leg when wet! the rooms are large w/ awesome mountain view’s. Breakfast is excellent. However the checkout process to recover your 500 baht deposit is slow & assumes you are a thief) surly manager went up to room for 10mins. Never told me i had forgotten a bag of fruits on bed. Oh well.

The property is excellent and well managed. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The main attraction is the location of the property. In the middle of a vibrant market lane and 5 mins away from kata beach. Breakfast spread is good.

Overall experience was great. Location is awesome, two beaches are near the hotel kata and karon beach. I will recommend the breakfast buffet to include with your booking as the spread was great. Rooms has enough space. Balcony is quite big. Swimming pools are awesome although we didn't get time to jump on. Just one drawback, the hotel is in uphill so one need to walk a bit although they have free shuttle time to time but if you are in hurry and don't want to wait then you have to walk a little.

We stayed here for 3 nights and everything from food to hospitality to views from our room were awesome. We will prefer to stay here again for our future visits.

Great resort with good staff and avg breakfast.

Location was nice and quiet. Food was also good. Hygiene was there plus good part was they provided shuttle to pickup their guest for food lounge or from the gate. Just that they need to increase the timing for pickup late at night

Peach blossom is perfectly located on a peaceful hill that lies between two beautiful beaches Kata and Karon. Both the seashores are walk-able from here and are white sand clean beaches. Staff at peach blossom including the manager and chef at the restaurant to the taxi staff are humble and cooperative. I had a small issue with Bath tub but it got fixed within few minutes without any hustle. There are two hotels, peach blossom and peach hill. This property is huge and covered with trees and greenery. There are 3 swimming pools which are clean and well maintained. You can have a drink at pool bar while swimming, they make good cocktail s and authentic Thai herbal drinks are available too to experience. Pool bar staff and there's massage facility too which are cool. There's a cart for you to roam Around the property. Free shuttle to the beaches. There are separate towels for the beaches of brown color. I think this hotel is a perfect one to chill and relax and a memorable stay in Phuket. I was not interested in the bang la Road chaos and night life so I chose this resort. It is away from pa tong area. You can book Island and City tours from the hotel only and the tour manager Nei I hope it's a right name but she's an amazing person and booked my tour really well in discounted cost. She can also help you with the bikes if you have a valid drivers licence from your country. Outside streets are full of restaurants and bars. You get good food over there in not so expensive cost. Rooms are clean comforting but ask for pool view if possible. The behind view you See distant kate n a on See on your left and right Side but only from 5 the floor restaurant building. Only one thing lack s in the room is jet spray in the toilet. You have to clean with tissue. Over all a great stay. Break fast is nice and many options to choose food. Loved the verity of tea's.
Rooms were perfectly fine. No issues faced.
