I absolutely loved my stay at NALA—it was one of the best experiences during my Europe trip with my mom. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality stood out. We were welcomed with iced tea and Prosecco, which was such a thoughtful gesture after a long train journey. The staff were incredibly sweet, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Though the rooms are compact, every detail has been carefully thought through—you’ll find everything you need. The space was cosy, clean, and impeccably maintained. I truly wish we had more days to spend here. I highly recommend staying at NALA—just go for it, you won’t regret it!

This is one of the most unique and contemporary design NALA individuellhotel that you would ever see. All the rooms have unique design elements - they are based after a theme. Although the NALA individuellhotel scores less on practicality, it is definitely an experience to be had. However if you are deciding the NALA individuellhotel purely based on room comfort, then either choose your room carefully or look elsewhere.

The property is very well situated near the ciry centre. The staff was very very friendly and the double climb room was superb to stay in. The view of the mountains from the room was breathtaking. Very much recommended place to stay in innsbruck.
