The The Penz Hotel is one of the most modern and beautiful buildings in Innsbruck. Friendly and always helpful staff. Posh at reception was very warm and a great conversationalist, and another young colleague, I don't know her name, she was also very helpful. Superior rooms were fit in with all amenities that one can think of. The The Penz Hotel has direct access to a public parking which is one of the great amenities. Parking may be a hassle otherwise in Innsbruck.
