We stayed in Luxury Villa, Garden View and the room is certainly very spacious and comfortable. But, what is lacking is the service. They don't give you more than 2 bottles of 250 ml for a day, if you need more you have to purchase. Secondly, they don't have any concept of keeping milk powder sachets in the rooms despite having kept tea dips and coffee powder sachets. Thirdly there are lots of lizards around the villa as the garden outside is not maintained. Fourthly, the breakfast, as usual, is not more than some fruits, bread, buns, butter, tea, coffee, pastries..... for vegetarians.

Nothing was as shown on the internet. The property is big but has no proper staff. No infrastructure whatsoever. I chose the ocean view premium room. The view was great but because of the infrastructure i had a terrible stay. Very bad breakfast buffet. Also the swimming is also so so bad. The restaurant closes by 10 pm. It was staying at a ghost house. No lights at night.

The property is good , staff is nice but they didn’t send anybody for our pickup at airport. As per they saying my traveler agent MakeMyTrip didn’t pass this information to them anyhow we suffer a lot & moreover it spoiled our mood also for some time . I already sent the complaint mail to makemytrip but they didn’t bother to answer me . Very careless people. Certainly I never book any my trip with them & also not recommend anyone

It’s glad to be at the sea shells resort! I found my stay here amazing and my trip memorable by their hospitality and amazing services. The amenities in the room are more than expected but the important part is their own beach and services at the beach and the attached pool. I enjoyed my day here a lot and the staff are too much friendly and supportive. They also provide free airport pick and drop with the host. Highly recommended!!

It's one of the exquisite properties in the phuqouc which gives you perfect vacay and romance vibes. I stay at both the garden villa and ocean view rooms both are amazing. But if you like privacy and exclusivity then go for garden villa rooms they are superb

Our stay at this property was ultimately quite disappointing, especially considering the premium price tag for a 4-5 star experience. While the resort itself is undeniably beautiful—with its beachfront location and stunning views—it’s set in a secluded area with little to nothing around it, so do keep that in mind before booking. However, the real letdown for us was the service, which was nowhere near the standard we expected given the high rating and cost of the stay.

Very quiet and serene. The resort is located a bit off the main road so my stay there was nothing short of sublime. The location is beautiful with plenty of vegetation surrounding the villas and offering a lot of privacy. The staff are friendly and the amenities are more than enough for a comfortable stay. The pool and private beach are the highlight of the place. The cocktails and food could use a bit of work though for a 5 star resort, however, would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some peace and quiet by the water.

The place is over expensive. Plus they charge service charge and tax on everything. Like even for giving one water bottle. Plus very few options for vegetarian food. Also, the bathtub was a disappointment as there was no hot water there. I think they can do better since it's a beautiful property.

Amazing resort for a relaxed holiday

I was there with my wife and we opted for the ocean view room. It's a beautiful space with bathtub right next to your bed and a clear view of the ocean from our balcony. The resort has a private beach and 2 swimming pools. The staff is very polite and were always available for all our need. It's a little away from the main city market but overall it's easily reachable.

The property is good , staff is nice but they didn’t send anybody for our pickup at airport. As per they saying my traveler agent MakeMyTrip didn’t pass this information to them anyhow we suffer a lot & moreover it spoiled our mood also for some time . I already sent the complaint mail to makemytrip but they didn’t bother to answer me . Very careless people. Certainly I never book any my trip with them & also not recommend anyone

Amazing resort for a relaxed holiday

I was there with my wife and we opted for the ocean view room. It's a beautiful space with bathtub right next to your bed and a clear view of the ocean from our balcony. The resort has a private beach and 2 swimming pools. The staff is very polite and were always available for all our need. It's a little away from the main city market but overall it's easily reachable.

Location and stay was nice. The view from room was awesome. The only problem was with the room service, we tried calling to reception but they didn’t pick up our call. We have to take call on watsapp for reception. Even ac was also not working when we checked into our room.

Awesome property with nice staff. Helpful. Location is good with good service and nice view of the sea. Decent rooms with large bath tubs. Buggy service is very good. Free shuttle service to and from airrport

Property is good & clean , staff is nice & cooperative . Sea view is perfect . For vegetations choice is limited . One suggestion to property is to keep separate counter for vegetarians .

It's one of the exquisite properties in the phuqouc which gives you perfect vacay and romance vibes. I stay at both the garden villa and ocean view rooms both are amazing. But if you like privacy and exclusivity then go for garden villa rooms they are superb
