Excellent property and very friendly and helpful staff. They said they’re bringing an Indian chef on board which will be great for vegetarians.

Very beautiful property. Excellent sea view from the room, they also have free shuttle to vin wonders, safari and Grand world but only thing which they need to do is to hire Indian chef. Indian tea is very basic thing to expect in breakfast we struggle to make one in the breakfast. They do have small Indian buffet but lacks the taste and variety. However staff was helpful and were trying their best to fulfil the needs

The property is good. Room is nice with great views. But the staff is not good specially at Restaurant. They have straight faces all the time and also there is no Indian options so not recommended for Indians .”.This is not the same with other places like Danang or Ho chi minh. Wont recommend apart from the views

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at Radisson Blu Phu Quoc. The hotel’s location, stunning views, and excellent facilities made it a perfect choice for our family holiday across three generations. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The buffet spread was elaborate with a wide variety of delicious food, catering to all tastes. The kids loved the pool and family-friendly atmosphere. Special thanks to the courteous staff who ensured we had a memorable stay. A small suggestion—an improved Indian breakfast section and a slightly wider Indian menu at the restaurant would be a great addition. Highly recommended! 5

Our stay was very comfortable and peaceful. All staffs were very good and courteous. Overall food was good during breakfast however need to add more items for indian vegetarian person. Rest all facilities in the hotel was excellent and up to the mark.

We recently stayed at Radisson Blu Phu Quoc for a family vacation, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Traveling with a child can be tricky, but this resort made it so much easier and more enjoyable for all of us. Family-Friendly Atmosphere: The resort is incredibly family-friendly. There’s a lovely kids’ play area that our child absolutely loved — safe, clean, and filled with fun activities to keep little ones engaged. The large pool also has a shallow section perfect for kids, and the staff was very considerate and accommodating of families throughout the stay. Room: We stayed in a spacious and clean family room that had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable, and there was enough space for our child to move around. The balcony had a relaxing view, and the room was kept spotless each day. Food & Dining: The breakfast buffet was a hit with our family — lots of variety, including fresh fruits, pastries, Vietnamese dishes, and kid-friendly options like pancakes and cereal. High chairs were available, and staff were always happy to help with anything we needed. Facilities & Activities: Besides the play area, the resort has a huge swimming pool, beach access, and even offers bikes for rent, which was a great way to explore the area. For a change of pace, the nearby VinWonders and VinSafari are just a short ride away and perfect for kids. Overall: If you’re planning a family trip to Phu Quoc, I highly recommend Radisson Blu. The facilities, staff, and overall vibe make it ideal for traveling with children. We made some great memories here and would definitely come back!

However, the Indian food counter, although a great initiative, could benefit from improvement in quality - we didn't find much to indulge in from this section. The hotel's location is ideal for those planning to visit Vinwonders and Vinpearl, with shuttle services available. For exploring the main market and southern parts of the island, Grab services are readily available. The indoor facilities, including the swimming pool and kids' play area, were well-managed, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Overall, our stay at Radisson Blu Phu Quoc was fantastic, and we would highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

It was a very pleasant stay right from checkin by Fiona to upgrade by Min in Radisson priority with good rooms unlimited water and nice dinner at restaurant except the Indian food all were top notch ,cycling activities to many things except the pool timings of 7pm as sunset by the beach is over and same time pool timings also come to an end ,but overall a good experience from drop at airport wherein my son forgot his mobile phone but it was immediately sent back by team at their airport desk by the driver and duadong night market travel on house by Radisson for 4hours was a good surprise,it was a good stay and we are back with happy memories ,perfect family /couple destination for a quality experience

Stay and overall experience was good, hotel staff is very well spoken and helpful. The property has a private beach area and provides various complimentary water activities. The tuk-tuk service makes it very accessible to the Vin Wonder, Vinpearl Safari and Grand World. Would recommend Radisson Blu Resort if you want to experience the best of Phu Quoc.

Absolutely amazing property with a luxurious stay experience and excellent value for money. The complimentary buggy service to Grand World and bicycles within the property were a great convenience. Enjoyed kayaking, the well-maintained pool, and private beach access. Everything was top-notch. The only minor issue was the limited plug points in the room — an extension cord would be helpful. Overall, a 5-star stay!

Location was amazing. property was super. you can go to the global world anytime with their complementary buggy. however I feel in breakfast they can add more indian menu as More indians are traveling to Phu Quoc. The property has its own beach area which you can visit anytime.

Stay was not upto to the expectation for a luxury hotel. Room service was pathetic. I have to call 2-3 times at reception if i want something. Also i was told that drinking water is chargeable after 2 bottle a day. What kind of luxury hotel charge its customer for drinking water. Overall experience was terrible, i would not recommened any to stay in radisson blu phu quoc.

Our 7-night stay at Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc (December 14-21) was a mix of excellence in location and facilities (10/10) and shocking failures in hospitality and service execution (0/10). Unfortunately, the experience was marred by discriminatory practices. For example, upon arrival, we weren’t provided with a bellboy to escort us to our room—a basic service. During our stay, we noticed white guests receiving prompt attention, such as rushed service for orders, while we faced significant delays. However, when it came to payments, staff would stand over us to clear bills, regardless of whether our orders had been fully delivered. Attempts to address these issues with management were futile; they refused to provide the General Manager’s contact details to formally document feedback. While staff maintained a polite tone, their actions revealed systemic bias against certain races and nationalities, making interactions uncomfortable and unwelcoming. If you can overlook these serious issues, the resort’s location remains its only redeeming feature.

Average five star hotel. First day my room 5002, ac was not working. Next day i was given room 4049. The bathroom door of this room opened after 30 minutes breaking the door.
