Pan Pacific is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. Its excellent location right in the heart of the city makes it very convenient for tourists. The restaurants are absolutely amazing and the breakfast spread is delectable. The dedicated staff make it a fantastic choice for both leisure and business travelers. In fact, they cater to all our needs even like packing a breakfast for our early morning hay long bay cruise. We would highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again.

A very humble staff & front desk, breakfast area, housekeeping. Was upgraded to premier suite to presidential suite by make my trip only as there were some issue with the room check inn. Even hotel staff cooperated very much to keep traveler happy near by indian food options are available.

It is obviously a good hotel as expected. Location is just awesome and the view from 20th floor lounge is just incredible. We are with family, myself, spouse and 4. 5 years kiddo. We have hit the hotel at 1:30 pm to 1:35 pm and I was with the check-in process This was a bitter experience for us for the first time, that staff was telling to do a early check-in for us, as if he was doing a favor to us( By law check-in time is 2:00 pm). I have been to associated with world-wise all star category hotel and hospitality industry, but generally they are very down to earth and ready to help kind of nature. But this was not expected from PAN Pacific kind of hotel. Rest of the stay was good, it was a very short stay there, as we are about to leave for Singapore.

It is obviously a good Pan Pacific Hanoi as expected. Location is just awesome and the view from 20th floor lounge is just incredible. We are with family, myself, spouse and 4. 5 years kiddo.
