The hotel is very dirty The staff has very bad behaviour at the time of checkout they said we don't take luggage you have to take by yourself and when we insited on it the staff started shouting on us

We had a very short stay at Gatsby hotel and the stay was very comfortable. Had booked a room with twin beds for 4 of us. Room was spacious. Value for money 👍🏻

the hotel was not at all as shown in pictures. Very bad view and poor maintainence. If i had the opportunity to change the room. I would’ve done it at one go.

While the location is excellent the hotel itself is just ok. There are restaurants around that play loud music and there is alot of noise even post 12am. Room was cleaned only once in 3 days stay. The bed was so hard. The property is very old and not kept well.

We had a fun, safe stay as a group of 3. Hotel staff is polite, location is central in old quarter hanoi. Rooms were cleaned everyday, fresh towels & bottled water was provided daily. No complimentary coffee or tea but water kettle for warm water was given. Overall comfortable stay for 3 days!
