Worst Hotel Ever

The picture given on the website is all fake. The rooms are very very tiny. It has no reception, no fridge, no TV, and apart from this Wi-Fi was not working. There was no light in the room. AC was not working, and apart from that, the room was stinking like anything, so this has been one of our baddest experience of life through MakeMyTrip.

Worst rooms & toilets, rude staff and management, no towels, stinking toilets, even drinking water not provided charming hotel is not at all what is being showed in the photographs. It's a very old building with old rooms and deteriorated furniture. There is nothing in the name of service not even drinking water. Dont ever make mistake of booking this hotel. Despite paying money i had to change the hotel as no one can stay in such place.

Terrible stinky location, dirty and cluttered hotel, no electricity, no person available at reception, no safety as gate was unlocked when we returned. I can go on for a day and still won't be able to point out all the problems!

The hotel is located in the heart of hanoi near the train street, you can just walk to train street in 4-5mins. Beer street is also walking distance. There is a market road just outside for all your needs. The rooms in the hotel were decent and spacious. Only negative i found was the ac wasn't working.
