Terrible Stay

The hotel was not up to the mark. Room service was not there. If you want anything they were just showing the place and you have to go and take it by yourself even for cutlery at the breakfast table. Pathetic experience.

About this hotel, many things are there. firstly it is not loved by Indians. secondly their location is around 2 kms away from the centre, which is manageable. The Housekeeping service of this hotel is terrible, if you ask something for example a bowl then they will show you the place and you have to take all these things by yourself only. Breakfast is very bad. No proper meals in the breakfast. They don't refill the things . No proper Tea and coffee options. Very bad service they provide. Room are very small in size. Not organized Properly. No room service and food menu. For early check in and after placing the request well in advance and when they have room available, you have to pay money for the early check in. Over All Experience is very bad. NOT RECOMMENED AT ALL !!!!

Warm and very supportive staff. Rooms are smaller however the rooms are well maintained. Since we had to rush we were not able to taste food, however the breakfast was good.

The hotel is within 5 to 10 minutes walk to old quarters and numerous good restaurants. Found the hotel to be cost effective and in a quieter location. We liked the basic breakfast, good arrangement of sightseeing tour and being able to get an umbrella on a rainy day.
