The Hamilton is great due to its location. But it’s a very old hotel, rooms are exceedingly small, carpets have stinks and the hotel has a very old, dilapidated feel to it. The staff is excellent - courteous & polite who more than make up for the rooms.

Location waw very good, not too far from White house as well as not too far from Rail station. Rooms were big, coffee machines etc were there. Rooms were extremely clean. Water fountains were there in Level1 and 2. It would be great if water fountains can be provided in each and every floor. Didn't eat there, so cannot comment on that

The reception, dust and extra payment

The guy in the reception is very rude, he is black and fat, i’m black too btw, i wrote description of him because when i asked him bout his name he said i don’t have one ) this is the worst experience in hotel ever. The hotel is clean but there’s dust even after they clean, also they charge me extra for the facilities and there’s no good facilities

The reception, dust and extra payment

The guy in the reception is very rude, he is black and fat, i’m black too btw, i wrote description of him because when i asked him bout his name he said i don’t have one ) this is the worst experience in Hamilton Hotel Washington DC ever. The Hamilton Hotel Washington DC is clean but there’s dust even after they clean, also they charge me extra for the facilities and there’s no good facilities

Location waw very good, not too far from White house as well as not too far from Rail station. Rooms were big, coffee machines etc were there. Rooms were extremely clean. Water fountains were there in Level1 and 2. It would be great if water fountains can be provided in each and every floor. Didn't eat there, so cannot comment on that

Beautiful location. Perfect ambience. Warm and lovely staff and it was an wonderful experience to stay in Hamilton. Room was too good. Mr. Kalala helped us a lot for the city tour🫶👏👏cleanliness wise also too good Every one always ready to help.

Good accommodation. The location is great. Most of the tourists spots( like the white house, meausems, the capitol)are nearby. Hygiene is well maintained. Room service was ok. Didn't try the food though.

Had a very good stay at Hamilton in the downtown of Washington… walking distance to most of monuments…

Good rooms. Hotels don't provide water bottle to the room as a compliment. Kitchen closes at 10 pm. Nearer, walkable to all places- white house, parliament, war memorial memorial.

food in the restaurant was was very good. As Vegetarians ,We got good food.. location was exceptionally good in the heart of the city and overall the facilities were satisfactory.
