Worst hotel to stay in extremely rude staff. No service

We booked the hotel through mm t for 3 adults with breakfast. Check-inn time was 3:00 pm and we came around 11:30 pm and it took them around 3 hrs to give room and put extra bed in it, when we requested them to hurry up, they we don’t have staff, you have to wait. After this when we requested for some service they again said we have only one staff so can’t serve you. Next morning when we went for breakfast, they said your breakfast is not included and very rudely asked my father to just leave from there. There when we again went to front desk and shown them the booking voucher, they said our system has some issue and it is not showing. After insisting again and again they now you can have breakfast tomorrow, we can’t do anything today. For everything g you ask they said we don’t have staff. We specifically booked an international brand hotel, so that we don’t have to deal with all this. But i think hilt-on has lost its quality now. Please don't make this mistake of staying in this hotel. It will ruin your trip

Hotel is clean and neat rooms are good location is a bit far from TAKSIM about 20 lira in taxi Nice clean Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Istanbul Piyalepasa, fast check-in process. Rooms are good and clean, location is a bit far from Taksim, but they have shuttle services so no problem.

Hotel was good and was at the good location. They also provided with the shuttle service to taksim square. The staff was friendly apart from the reception mens staff was very rude. As they were very casual in their approach and was caring about the guest demands.

Great location, great staff, great service, great options for in-room dining, super clean rooms and lobby, prompt action by courteous staff, indoor all weather pool and an amazing spa. 10/10 would recommend for stay with friends/family.

Stayed there for three night and i ll give 9 out of 10. Everything was beautiful and had luxurious feeling. Staffs were polite, restaurant had good finger licking pizza. Ll surely stay here again
