the hotel was in a fantastic busy market place, reception staff also good. i chose the old bldg annexe and unfortunately they offered me a room with no window which was very claustrophobic, the rooms were tired and somehow i felt a strong mismatch between the price and the room. the jacuzzi was the usp but unfortunately doesn't offset the other short comings. plus unfortunately I'm the middle of the night at 2 am the alarm went off, very distrubing and had me go the reception who informed me that there was some electrical issue.

Room was excellent, we booked balcony room with great view. It was on prime location at taksim square, quality service, hospitality, room cleaning every day was up to mark, food was good if you’re non vegetarian then, veg has limited option. Balcony room has tasking street view and other rooms has church view. Our room was in sixth floor 602
