Terrible stay

The property is obviously not Hotel but more on a guest house. We check in at night and check out immediately after maximum 3hrs because the property is not clean. We cant stay there even no stable electricity and slippers are so old plastic. After checkout of that same day i immediately call make my trip to complain and request for refund, after 5days from my complain property is saying that we check out on dec 27 which is totally a lie. Make my trip also is not helpful enough to call and email us of the update of the complain.

Best experience. Hotels and room were clean. All the staffs were friendly and helpful. The lady who clean our room bee was so nice and always attentive.
