The property is very vast but the rooms are not up to mark. I stayed in the ocean view rooms. Staff is less to cater the quick requests and requirements of people checked in

its location is superb just on the sea shore. Breakfast buffets is well laid out including choice for Indians with Jain meal as well. Our rooms with Balcony just few metres away from sea shore was eye catching and relaxing. Overall good stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was spacious and had a stunning beachfront location - it was literally the front property of the beach! We arrived early, and to our surprise, they gave us the room without asking us to wait, which was a lovely surprise. The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. It was my birthday, and my husband had made a special request to decorate the room, which they did in the most adorable and thoughtful way - it was truly special! We also appreciated the variety of Indian options available for breakfast, which was a lovely touch. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we'd definitely come back again! We're already looking forward to our next visit." 😊

We stayed at Amari for 5 nights and the experience was amazing. We got a villament on the hill overlooking the Phuket bay and really loved the view. The restaurants in the resort were amazing too.

it's a great location, 15 minutes walk from the main Street , but the natural beauty that amari has is unmatched. strongly recommended for family

Breakfast was not good...I had sausages and bacon which was poor quality. The butter had no taste. Less dishes in the buffet. Also I ordered fried rice from the ALa Carte menu and the egg used had a smell. Food quality poor.

It was an excellent stay with beautiful rooms and good breakfast plus beautiful scenic view of the beach. I enjoyed every bit of my stay.

Went to Amari for a second time since we had been there earlier in 2022 and had a great experience especially the beachside location of the property. The property was great. Breakfast which was part of our package was great. A great variety and variation in the menu on all three days of our stay. The pools and the restaurants were well maintained and we had a great time. The rooms, however, were not upto the mark. They have become old and are in need of urgent renovation/ upgradation. Tubs, accessories and the utilities were not upto the mark. We had first checked into Superior Ocean Front Balcony Rooms. But the rooms especially the bathrooms were too small. Requested and upgraded to Deluxe Ocean Front Balcony rooms. These rooms were much more spacious. However, the quality and maintenance need an urgent upgrade. Overall, a good stay with excellent amenities but the comfort and quality of the rooms left a bit of a bad taste.

Lovely property with great view from the room. We stayed in Deluxe Ocean room and the view was breathtaking. Will surely recommend to stay.

Very nice location near by to patong beach it’s huge place you need to stay minimum 2 to 3 days to enjoy it completely.amazing welcoming staff and warm friendly.

It was the worst experience at a reputed hotel in a long time. Firstly to start with the checkin experience was pathetic as the female at the Reception was not at all courteous. We were a group of 16 pax and had 7 rooms booked but we were treated as if they were not interested to do our check in. Further we requested for some room changes as we had 5 senior citizens travelling with us against some charges.. still we were not provided any help from the hotel staffs. Secondly we got 1 room no. 7125 which had no lock in the washroom, and we had booked the same for 3 pax including me, my wife and my son. We had to be always conscious of using the washroom as there was always a chance of my son getting in by mistake. Thirdly we were give another room no. 7117 which had 2 separate mattresses instead of 1 as it was supposed to be a king sized bed. Later after lot of complaints tht issue was resolved. Fourthly the staff behavior at the hotel was pathetic to say and they were behaving as they were not bothered about us.. we could feel a real difference in their behavior with Indians though the hotel was flooded with Indian guests. Even the buggy cart person was not courteous and was very arrogant. The staffs at the breakfast were not at all cooperative and had an arrogant attitude towards us except an Indian chef who was polite and cooperative. I would never refer anyone to stay in Amari and would rate it as one of the worst hotels we have stayed in.

The staff were ok. House keeping was bad. Things were not replenished everyday. Had to ask for handwash as it had exhausted. Buggy service from room was also a hit and miss. Few times it would arrive and few times you just had to walk down the stairs to the reception. House keeping staff was rude to us during check out pushing us out even though our buggy hadn't arrived. Didn't even let us take umbrella from the room to the lobby as it was raining. Only 1 staff at the counter during breakfast buffet leading to long queues for food

Not at all a good stay, hotel is too big , and rooms are on hilly slopes, everytime if you want to go out or come back to your room, there is atleast 20 to 30 minutes wait for cart to come, you have to keep calling reception again and again to send cart, which is terrrible for such a pricely property.

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. From the very beginning, the hospitality was poor. At check-in, we were made to wait almost 1.5 hours and only received our room at 3:30 PM, despite informing the staff that we had a baby with us. Their justification was that the booking was “immediate,” so they needed extra time to prepare the room. On the first day, the shower was broken, and we couldn’t even bathe in the scorching heat. For the remaining two days, our room key repeatedly stopped working. While the property provides cart service to the rooms, if the key fails, you are forced to walk all the way down since the phone is inside the room and there is no way to call for help or request a cart. When I complained, the duty manager, Golf, handled the situation unprofessionally. He claimed my wife must have double-locked the door. However, when their associate accompanied me and opened the door with a master key, it was proven that the issue was indeed with their system. The associate even apologized, yet Golf remained rude and dismissive despite the evidence. On another occasion, we received a macaron box full of ants. Even after complaining, housekeeping never cleared it—we had to dispose of it ourselves. To make matters worse, during another key malfunction, Golf unnecessarily made my wife and baby wait in line, even though three staff members were at the desk and he himself was only doing paperwork. He could have easily prepared a replacement key right away. Instead, when my baby urgently needed a nappy change, he told us to use the restaurant-level washroom rather than resolving the matter promptly and giving us access to our room. Only when I myself intervened and shouted at him then only he gave us the key. Overall, the service, attitude, and basic standards at this property were completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend it to anyone traveling with family.
