Guests appreciate the friendly staff and great location, just a 5 to 10-minute walk to old town and the night market. Many love the stunning views and spacious, clean rooms. Worst service ever and rooms are average 1. We checked in to hotel and no one was there to carry our baggage to room. We had to do by our own. 2. Lifts are too old with no sensor detection. You may get hurt if lift closes 3. Rooms are average where ac doesn’t work properly 4. No place for breakfast or lunch 5. Toilets - shower, wash basin are below average. The pressure of water is too low we had booked 2 rooms and both of them had the same problem please avoid booking this hotel
