It was a quality stay at fusion suites, though we stayed for 1 day. Hotel is a bit far from patong area but you may get a ride and then it's 10 mins. Staffs were good and friendly. They have a rooftop bar overlooking the sea. Pool was nice and clean. Some room category has pool access options too. Gym is small but fine for quick workout. Breakfast spread was quite good wish they could have included few indian options.

It was a very comfortable stay, the property was very good, the staff was very cordial and the breakfast spread for specially very good and details, perfect for both vegetarians and non vegetarians alike. I would definitely recommend this to my friends who will be travel-ling to phuket.

Poor Stay

The rooms were really good. But the hotel staff were very poor. Even after requesting early check-in multiple times they refused even though the rooms were available. I even handed over one day’s rent to them but still they refused it. They don’t even give 1 water bottle extra per room and charge a whopping 50bhat for 50ml bottle. It’s insane. They are not supportive in any means to the guests. The location of the hotel is also very abnormal. It’s located in a high slope and the area is always affected by heavy traffic. There are no shops nearby to eat and no 7-eleven as well in walkable distance.

Room is different my room is not same as pictures. They said we don’t have same room so they provide me other smaller room and sold that room to their other guest

Pathetic staff and their services, lizards, and mosquitoes stay with guests. They don't have a phone charger or cable, use abusive words in thai language, commission from taxi driver

One of the best hotels in Patong.. Such a wonderful stay and such hospitable staff.. They fulfilled our each and every request.. There was some AC problem in our room, they assigned us another room right away.. I wont reduce ratings for that coz it's normal and happens..Also they didn't have room slippers of my size, so they ordered new ones when I asked for one.. This showed they did everything to make sure we had the best stay.. The hotel has a wonderful vibe and smiling reception.. As our checkout was early morning, before the breakfast opened, they packed some breakfast for us so we could have it on our way to the airport.. It was our anniversary and the whole staff came at the door with cake and sang for us when we opened the door.. They have free bus facility to & from Hotel to Patong beach every 2 hrs..Thank You Fusion Suites.. We'll come back for sure😊

It was a quality stay at fusion suites, though we stayed for 1 day. Hotel is a bit far from patong area but you may get a ride and then it's 10 mins. Staffs were good and friendly. They have a rooftop bar overlooking the sea. Pool was nice and clean. Some room category has pool access options too. Gym is small but fine for quick workout. Breakfast spread was quite good wish they could have included few indian options.
