Excellent Service , The staff were very helpful & always smiling . We requested & was given a room from which itself you can view the sea. We went to swim at the sea from room & came back to the balcony to relax . Food was good & tasty . Breakfast was mix of international & Thai . Enjoyed our stay very much . Pool is also very good & they do serve drinks at the pool side at very competitive rates

the location of the hotel was good, The room was specious but old construction. only Thai and American food was available but no choice for Indian inspite of lots of Indian are booking this hotel. As most of the hotels in Krabi are now serving Indian food they should also include it in their Menu.

This was a pathetic experience. The hotel staff gave us a room on 3rd floor without lift while they had rooms vacant on other floors too. Morever they wanted us to upgrade for other floor room, which was even more than the total booking amount. After this during the checkout time, they denied to send a bellboy and we had to carry our luggage from 3rd floor on our own. Very poor service. In the room, AC was not working and constantly draining in room. They were unable to fix it or change the room.

Had pretty bad experience at this hotel. They gave us room on 2nd floor inspite of them knowing we are having an infant with us. Also no lift in the hotel. We had also issues with water in bathroom as they stopped the water 3 times without informing. Breakfast was also below average. Also, while checking out, there was nobody to help with the luggage inspite of asking 3 times and we had carry our luggage from 2nd floor to lobby ourselves by stairs with the baby.

Never Book With MMT for international hotels

Worst experience at a vacation so far. Never ever book international hotels with make my trip because they use third party reservation contractors to book your stay and have no control over anything. I had to stand in front of the reception for 4-5 hours because mmt booked the wrong room type and took forever to pay the hotel for the right room. I literally had to call them atleast 20-25 times and was always put on hold or call transfer and literally anything wrong possible with the customer service system. my end assistant personnel from mmt who literally asked me to give him 5 mins to get a virtual card from mmt and pay the difference (between the room types which i paid extra for) and calls me back 2 hours later to tell me that mmt couldn’t approve/generate a virtual card and asked me to pay for the difference again(basically 2 times the money) and then after the trip try to get a refund from mmt. There I am with my family literally after a 4 hour drive and didn’t get the right room couldn’t stay in a temporary room and stood in front of the reception for 4 hours with my family again. They keep telling me to give them 30 mins to respond and have no way to connect me to Arnab(who was supposed to help me) and I couldn’t call him back on the number he called me from since it was receive only. They literally transfer calls 3-4 times till their supervisor’s supervisor tell you to wait 30 mins for someone from another department to call you and try to solve your query. I am never booking with mmt again.

The only positive about this hotel is its beachfront location. However, the approach to the property is through a dimly lit, narrow alley which doesn’t feel safe or welcoming. The staff are extremely uncooperative—.” Rooms are poorly maintained, cramped, and infested with ants—even the beds aren’t spared. Food quality is far below expectations, and vegetarians will especially struggle, as there are hardly any suitable options. Overall, not a comfortable or guest-friendly experience.
