The worst resort i have ever visited.

I had my sisters wedding here. 70% of the room ka ac nahi chail rah a tha. Guest hospitality zero hai. Jis hall me i lunch ho rah a tha waha ac nahi chail rah a tha. Jabki humane 2 mahine pehle bol diya tha ki ac sab thik rehna chahiye. Pehle bhi dusre shadiyon me i ac ke complains aa choke hai. Min 10 baa r mere log lift me i phas gaye. Har baa r baa r complain kia. Bolt e hai maintainence chail rah a hai. Complain karne pe has ke ch-ale jaate hai. Baht hi kharab vyavastha. Yeah hotel 1star bhi deserve nahi karta hai.

My experience at the hotel was the worst experience of my life.we booked the hotel for my sisters marriage and they really spoiled our functions.al the ACs of the room were not working.the lift was not working.there was no housekeeping service.the behaviour of staffs was pathetic.they did not cooperate at all nor did they try to resolve our my opinion no1 should book this hotel

I did my sisters wedding here. Booked the whole resort (90rooms) directly and 6 rooms through mm t by paying double amount. Out of 96 rooms 70rooms ac rooms where not working. We had the booking 3 months before and continuously requested to keep the ac serviced. The hall were we used to have breakfast n lunch the ac is not working since 3 month from time when we booked but they didn’t cared to fix it. At least 10 times my guests were stuck in lift. Let me tell you guy z you won’t stay here for free. The moment you complain they only smile like fools. And say maintenance chal raha hai. Are jab guest aaenge tab aap maintainence karege. Paying such a big amount getting such a terrible experience. Its license should be taken away.

We stayed in this very hotel in may 2023 during our visit to no c, nepal. Very good hotel with all 3/4 star hotel facilities. It is 1. 5 km from simara airport. Very near to india and nepal border( rauxal) area. All stuffs are very helpful and good in nature. All can speaks in hindi here. Food is very good here. Indian rupees(100 rs and 500 rs) are acceptable here.
