Good Stay

Had nice stay from day 2. Checked out prematurely because of chaos on first day and poor cleaning on 3rd day. Good property and good service but management needs to improve on services. It was experience for the third time in last six visits. Still property is brilliant and staffs are courtesy. Special thanks to shrestha rk singh and prabin for all the cooperation.

Very poor service quality at landmark forest park

I have requested the hotel reception well ahead one day before for an airport pickup from bharatpur airport but inspite of confirmation of the same at a cost of 2500 n pr the hotel pick up car didn't turned up even after waiting at the airport for more than 30 minutes. When called the reception, they enquired from me whether my flight has landed or not even though flight details was provided to them well in advance. The hotel told me to wait for another 30-40 minutes for the pickup. We then hired a local cab from the airport at a cost of only 1500 n pr to reach the hotel of our own. After reaching to the hotel the lady at reception started arguing with me regarding her failure to arrange pickup at scheduled time. I booked a cottage room but right from the beginning they insisted me to stay at a deluxe room at the first floor of the main building. At last when i refused they gave me a cottage but the ac of the cottage was not working, the bathroom was not clean also. At last finding no other alternative i had to shift at a room (room # 211)at the first floor of the main building. Most third class reception we have received from the so called renowned hotel landmark forest park here at chitwan. So every one be alert to book this hotel!

Terrible Stay

Once i reached hotel, my room was given to some other guest and forcefully some other room was getting provided to me. When i denied and asked for my booked room, they told to wait and i waited for 30 mints. Once room was given, washroom was dirty and room was very old. Washroom pot was broken. I have raised complain already

On our arrival they refused us our rooms by saying that they don’t have any room left for us. Which we have fully paid and booked at least ten days before our arrival. They made us stay in another hotel nearby “earth lite hotel “ by saying that it was also of landmark & matched their standard. Hotel was pathetic and most importantly how the hell can they deny us our rooms ? being a foreigner we couldn’t do much as we were here for fun time not to indulge in clashes. But still wanted the world to know their misdeeds !

It's hard to find fault in any aspect of service offered by any of the staff working in hotel industry and others as well. Property is very well located and offers wonderful and clean accommodation.
