Our experience was truly wonderful. The staff were warm, friendly and always helpful. The food was freshly cooked and served hot adding to the comfort of the stay. We got a complimentary upgrade too. Everything was excellent.

I njoyed my stay.... I would like to mention few persons because of them my stay was njoyable and comfortable 1. Sushila from housekeeping thanks to her .... I would feel so nice and cosy when I would enter my room tired and exhausted in the evening ...the room would be neatly done 2. Henry from in-room dinning who brought my food affectionately at night 3. Cyrus who brought my luggage and explained many things in the room which made my stay easy. 4. Eula from breakfast area ...she too good she helped me to njoy my bfast as I don’t eat pork and beef ...she would make veg noodles for me and not only me she was friendly with all the guests and helping other staff also and was very active through out 5. Sunny from Concierge...is the best of all thanks Sunny God bless you ...he helped me to go to see places easily he told me about the MTR trains which was so convenient and quick and he told me about all local street markets around Cordis. He patiently would listen and guide happily saying it’s my duty 🙏🏼

I have stayed at the cord-is multiple times in the past and even in its earlier avatar when it was known as the langham mongok. It was my go to hotel in hk and since i was travel-ling to hk after 5 years, i went with it again. It’s not the same and i would not stay here again. It’s not bad but it’s not good. Earlier the service was seamless while now it feels like it’s forced. I would not stay here again.

The location is good and so is the breakfast. However, the property deducted 100 dollars more on my credit card ob-er and above the rate. The reservation team is very unsupportive. There was no single person available and they work only through emails. It took 10 emails and followups for more than a month to receive my money back.

We stayed in cord-is for close to a week and it was a pleasant stay. The property is located in the heart of the city and very well connected to all modes of transport. The staff was courteous and whatever options we could get in veg were decent. Overall a pleasant stay.

I stayed in cord-is mongkok which is a great property. My checkin/ checkout was very smooth. The property location is really good and in the middle of hong kong and connected to mtr (subway. Overall subway commute to any site seeing takes upto 30 mins. The breakfast options mainly are mainly non- veg food. Veg option is very limited or none. Thought there are couple of indian restaurants at a walkable distance. Ladies market and sneaker street is around 10 mins. Walk which is a plus. Overall highly recommended property.
