The stay over here was pleasant. The rooms are very very small. We had booked the room for 2 people for 2 nights but because of the size it was very difficult to manage. There is no good place to keep the bags. Had to manage by keeping the bags under the bed or study tables. The room was provided with all the necessities such as locker, kettle, towels, etc

So small rooms . Also when trying to connect your customer support hardly any resolution for any query. You need to have a direct customer number to help customers when traveling internationally instead of just writing mails and your team calls saying we will come back. Location is fine near Jordan MTR but rooms very small, no courtesy of team at reception desk too

Rooms are very tiny. It looks bigger in the pictures.In the guise of government norms, that don’t provide even a bottle of water. The queen bed was actually 2 mattresses put together and that meant that it was very uncomfortable.
