This property scores high on location, being close to shopping malls and public transport, making it convenient for exploring the city. Guests appreciate the self-check-in with a code system, which makes access hassle-free. Rooms are clean and functional, with comfy beds and essential amenities like a microwave and fridge. It's a great choice for budget travelers looking for comfort and accessibility.
Poor Stay
Hotel was good but the check-in process was unusual it was a self check-in which is awkward to any one

Location was just perfect
Location was just perfect - near the main train and bus stations and most of attractions. In fact you do not need to use public transport when staying in Omena hotel. Hotel itself was pretty good and value for money. However there was no reception what could be a problem for some guests who like to ask about attractions etc. Moreover it was impossible to early check-in/late check out or leave a baggage.
Room: Standard Double Room
Bathroom was really very small
Close to central railway station of Helsinki, in vicinity of all restaurants and shopping malls, perfect for a short stay .. A day or two or stopover. Room was not very big but provided with microwave, fridge, hair dryer, tv, hangers, a small table with chair bed, apart from the main double bed.

Nice stay, small rooms
Nice stay, small rooms and here is no reception apart from hotline number where you can speak with customer care. They would send you the pass code to open all gates over your email. So make sure you have that code to open the gates else you would be stranded.

Need to improve the service
There is no reception at the hotel. As soon as I arrived at the hotel there was a pass code machine at the entrance gate. You need the pass code to access the hotel. It was written that we've sent you a mail regarding the pass code, but I haven't received the pass code. There was nobody who can help us out. Also there was written - "call us" if you have any problems. And the phone was locked inside that gate. How can I call your customer service if I have not any access to go through the first gate. After a guy came out of the hotel (who was staying there), he let us enter the area & told us to call the customer care. Then they provided the code & let us all enter. We were around 4 living in the same room. The rooms were too small for 4 & everything that has been given was for 3 people. Now the next day came & there was no service of rooms, Its too ridiculous service in my sense. Its just offers you a good location, thats it.

Good location
Good location, in the city center. Near the hotel many shops, cafe and other things was there. Hotel was clean. Room and bathroom was small. No reception and dot CSN open only with code. Door code can receive in e-mail or SMS.
Room: Family room
Average budget hotel
The hotel was located close to the train station, so that was convenient. I did not get a message about the room number, and this was critical information as we have to self-check in. This caused some inconvenience. The rooms were not well lit, but were quite clean. Has a water boiler, tea and coffee sachets and also hair dryer and iron box. Not a great ambience, but a decent place to crash in.
