The hotel is outstanding, location is right next to train station and we could manage with kids and lots of luggage. it is right next to the city center and other key areas. the staff is extremely helpful and the breakfast spread was also excellent. must recommend place if one intends to stay at Helsinki

A very nice clean hotel just a few minutes away from main helsinki railway station. Easily accessible by trams to all sight seeing places. Metro station also nearby, but we did not use it. Adequate breakfast spread and very friendly hotel staff. Highly recommended for short stay in helsinki for families and couples. Rooms a bit small but adequate for 2 people.

Radisson blu plaza. Well where do I begin my review from the best location or the worst check out of my life till date. Well the location of the hotel in very nice and centrally located in the city just next to Helsinki railway station and 5 minutes walk to senate square and market square and near to the sky wheel and ferry port for the islands. I booked the a standard room in Radisson for three nights but then I thought to book one more night and upgrade my room so I canceled my old booking which I did from ebookers.com and made a new booking for 4 nights in a business room. The room was spacious , nice and comfortable had very comfortable time at hotel for the whole stay. I requested for a late checkout and they allowed too. But the real thing starts when I was supposed to check out and I had booked my airport transfer too from the hotel only. At the time of check out the big lady at the reception was the rudest receptionist I have ever come a crossed while staying at any hotel around the world. I had made an advance booking paid the whole stay in advance and cancelled my old booking too. But she wouldn’t check my booking. She kept on insisting that I have to pay for my stay again as she just didn’t want to check my second booking and kept on insisting that I hadn’t paid for the stay and bought the card machine to pay. I was so embarrassed in front of the whole staff she said you can’t go until you pay. I showed her my paid booking itinerary and email with everything but still she wasn’t satisfied she took literally 25 minutes to check the email and the booking. In first place while I was checking in the guy who checked me in Theo saw my email and gave me the business room because he saw my booking if it was done at that time then why the hell at the time of check out the lady created so much fuss and embarrassing situation for me n my family. I always use to prefer to stay at Holiday inn hotel but I took a chance to stay at Radisson blu plaza but I guess I was wrong. I hope no one faces such kind of embarrassment at a hotel check out where you go to relax n enjoy rather then getting in a embarrassing situation without any reason. Helsinki is a beautiful city.

Hotel’s location is big advantage. But, otherwise very expensive. There is nothing available for vegetarians in Breakfast! They will not microwave even your Baby food. Overall, not a value for money.

The hotel was very good. Excellent location in centre of Helsinki. Train station, tram station, bus station, all within walking distance. Also very good restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very good, helpful and courteous. Amazing breakfast which is rare in Europe.

A very nice clean Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, Helsinki just a few minutes away from main helsinki railway station. Easily accessible by trams to all sight seeing places. Metro station also nearby, but we did not use it. Adequate breakfast spread and very friendly Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, Helsinki staff. Highly recommended for short stay in helsinki for families and couples. Rooms a bit small but adequate for 2 people.

The Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, Helsinki is outstanding, location is right next to train station and we could manage with kids and lots of luggage. it is right next to the city center and other key areas. the staff is extremely helpful and the breakfast spread was also excellent. must recommend place if one intends to stay at Helsinki

The Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, Helsinki was very good. Excellent location in centre of Helsinki. Train station, tram station, bus station, all within walking distance. Also very good restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very good, helpful and courteous. Amazing breakfast which is rare in Europe.

Hotel’s location is big advantage. But, otherwise very expensive. There is nothing available for vegetarians in Breakfast! They will not microwave even your Baby food. Overall, not a value for money.

Everything was just perfect about this Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, Helsinki. Great location, just few steps from the main station. Very neat and clean and great interiors. The staff was also nice, ready to entertain all the queries.
