It is good hotel at a distance of around 700 meters from the railway station but only the problem is check-in thy have an automated check-in and have to receive a code for the check-in most of the tourist don't receive the code till now I haven't received the code even after check-out of more the 36 hours somehow I saw that cleaning person coming out of the entrance and managed to get in the lobby of the hotel and from there you have a phone where you can call them and take the room code if not for the cleaning person. I would have stranded there for the whole night I suppose.

Reached hotel at around 11.00 AM, as there was no reception or anyone to assist, was a challenge to enter the hotel. Fortunately, some one inside open the door and therefore could speak to customer help line to get the access code and room number. Everyone should make sure that you have the room number and access code before reaching the property as they don't have any check in desk.

Good location, value for money, difficult unmanned operation till you get used to BUT extremely safe. No human interface for ANY assistance or special / extra supplies / services. Better book inclusive of breafast. Walkable from station with moderate luggage with wheels

This is one of the best place I have seen. Never expected it will be so good that too in middle of city. Value for money. But there is no reception all are managed with secret codes. There is absolutely security. Next visit I am sure will pick up same hotel

Location of hotel is awesome. Room is pretty good. Please make sure to collect door code and room number from their customer centre as makemytrip wont provide the same. Once you get the door code and room number you can easily check-in, there is no person at reception to guide you to check-in.
