This hotel is near the gold coast beach. I could see the see from my bedroom. It has a fridge and microwave. It had no kitchen. It had tv. It is in surfer paradise the prime location of the gold coast. The reception was nice but they asked for 2aud just to print my flight ticket.

The location is just perfect! Its a value for money apartment, we stayed on higher floors which gave excellent views of ocean. Good set to utensils to cook. Near supermarket where you can buy regular stuff, lots of option to eat. Also, if you pay deposit by cash make sure you checkout when reception is open, its not open 24 hours, better use credit card and pay by refundable authorization. Staff is helpful enough, don't expect much though.

Very good location. More like a guest house, where even cleaning your room and changing towel costs additionally. You need to wash utensils yourself and throw the trash too. Not a hotel experience, more like a homestay.

Nice hotel just opposite to surfers paradise

The hotel is located just opposite to surfers paradise and is in close proximity to public transport, restaurants and supermarkets. The rooms are okay and the hotel has its own pool, spa and sauna. There is free parking on premise. The only thing that I didn't like was that we were there for 5 days and there was no housekeeping for all the 5 days. Even changing towels coasted us $3/towel. The staff is good and very helpful.

The hotel is located just opposite to surfers paradise and is in close proximity to public transport, Coles, eatouts, cafes and bars. There is free on-site parking. The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna, spa, air hockey, pool table, tennis court, of its own. The only downside is there is no proper kitchen with the room and no regular housekeeping. You have to pay for everything including changing towels ., laundry detergent etc.

Good location It is not a hotel. But it is a flat. No dining facility was available. The flat is spacious. Clean. There was an issue, while vacating. The reception was closed in the early morning. We have to drop the key. Refund of deposit, if paid in cash not possible at that time.

I booked this hotel for one night. According to me it's location is one of the best in Gold Coast. It's actually located on the beach itself. Our room was on the 15th floor, and had a spectacular view of the coast line. Room was spacious and had a full fledged kitchen as well. The hotel has all the amenities- heated swimming pool, 3 jacuzzis, spa, steam and sauna. Overall it's an awesome property. The only thing I didn't liked is the Reception timings. The reception shuts down at 7:00pm. These people charge A$ 200 as security and it is returned once you check out. We had an early morning flight to New Zealand and there was no one available in the hotel to return our security deposit. Moreover people at the reception also didn't tell us that they don't work 24X7, and no one will be available at the time of check out, otherwise we could have thought of something. Thankfully some of our friend were extending their trip in Australia so they collected our Security. So if any one is checking out before 8:00 am. Make sure to talk at the reception while checking in regarding security deposits.

Excellent location ... That's the only thing which stands out .. Otherwise an ordinary hotel. If you need more than 2 cups of tea .. You need to carry your own supply. If you are late in checking out, you will be charged extra money. Service is very poor.

I was very happy to see the location of the hotel. Its bang on opposite to the main beach and walking from the market complex and all other attractions. The moment I entered into the room, I had the reaction of WOW. It was a corner room with 2 side walls of glass only. Spectacular ocean view from the room. I would definitely stay again in this hotel again. The things that I didn't like about the hotel was their cost cutting behavior. They refused to give free tea and sugar sachet the next day, said its chargeable. Also the housekeeping was a paid service.

Loved the beach view. Facilities provided were great! Room size was good too. The relaxing bit common jacuzzis were nice to break off from the hectic days. Service - not up to the mark. Rooms were stinky. We asked them to change room or spray room freshener, but no action was taken. The BBQ in room was not clean and stinking of old occupants usage. Although it has negatives, but is overall recommended. Would stay in it again, hoping for a better service.
