I wont talk about the broadbeach vs Surfers paradise debate, but this apartment hotel is cery close to broadbeach south tram station Beach is at walking distance, and the surrounding are nice and peaceful. Its broadbeach area and you will find things getting quite silent after 8 pm or so in night hours Kitchen is fully equipped ( including dishwasher). Value for money Negative point : if you get a 3rd floor apartment, you will have to climb up . No lift
