It was amazing. Have stayed here more than and has always been a good experience. Should try budget place.

Great place to stay and it’s affordable.

I had an excellent overall stay at this hotel. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, which I really appreciated. It's also a plus that the hotel doesn't require a security deposit, making the experience more convenient. The hotel offers both smoking and non-smoking room options, which is great for guests with different preferences. I opted for a smoking room, so as expected, there was a noticeable smell in the room and hallway—but that's understandable given the choice. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. However, the lighting could be improved, especially around the bed area, where only the lamps were functional, resulting in a rather dim atmosphere. The smart TV is a nice feature, although it did have some technical issues. It tended to freeze on the home screen and required a restart to function properly. Hopefully, this is something the hotel can address. Despite these minor drawbacks, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider returning.

The stay was amazing! everything went smoothly and everybody was very warm. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Food wasn't good at all and no varites

This is more of a business hotel and not frequented that much by indian travellers. The breakfast options are limited if you are an indian guest. Same with the food that is served in restaurants. The hotel is neat and clean and service is good overall. The area is nice with supermarkets nearby where you can get all the essentials.

I had a very bad experience with the hotel, once i reached to the room around 4 pm, the house keeping was cleaning the rooms that are next to me i told her please can you work with talking in a loud voice and when you close the door she was like no. However at 3 am there was a phone ringing in the hall they didn’t close until 5 am or 6 am i stayed awake till i went to work i hadn’t enough time to sleep.

Happy satisfied customer staff very accommodating although no toothbrush toothpaste available in bathroom no slippers and refrigerator is not working and when requesting fork need to pay. But overall is good.

*don't stay here* let me begin by saying this first of all. The rooms were dirty (pillows had stains on them, the wash basin drain was clogged (had to get it repaired, the tv remote had chunks of gunk stuck to it (it was so bad my fingers were sticking to it. And the best part, the unruly staff who are themselves not aware of the "hotel policy. They made a promise to me to store my luggage for 3 days while i traveled out of dubai for another business trip only to go back on the same on the day of my checkout. If this is how they treat a guest who has stayed with them for 20 nights, i do not know how they would be treating other guests. Please avoid this place, you're much better off anywhere else.

The location and hotel rooms are very nice. Spacious comfortable. Service staff is also very supportive. It's pleasure to stay here

Restaurant food is very bad, rooms were poorly designed, hot water issues. Travel desk staff is terrible and harassing. But the good part was the hospitality of reception and cleaning staff.

Hotel was packed up at the time of check-in. Rom assigned was not ready and had dirty linen and dirt towels were all over the place. We had to wait another hour for our room and hotel compensated that with coffee. Also, it is not a indian friendly hotel. It has very minimum vegetarian options for both breakfast and dinner. Also restaurant area is very close to the dining place and proper ventilation is required. This place requires more cleanliness as rugs and mats were dirty. Overall rooms were good but that's about the property. Highly not recommended for indian audiences.

We travelled in couple and best part was metro was very nearby which helped us to save a lot in commute. Location is great and whole Dubai is accessible from this area.

We stayed here for 5 days. Rooms are ok, comparatively small, breakfast spread was ok, but it was repetitive.
