Our group of four stayed at this hotel for five nights during our visit to dubai, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, with nearby options for breakfast and grocery shops, making it very convenient. The rooms were very clean and well equipped with amenities like a fridge and an oven, which allowed us to enjoy a unique experience of cooking in the room. We booked connected studio rooms, which were perfect for staying together as a group. The hotel amenities were top notch, including a gym and a swimming pool, where we had a great time. We also used local transport for longer distance activities like the view at palm and wild wadi water park. Burjuman metro station is within a 15 minute walk. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to burjuman metro station in the morning, which we found very useful. The hotel allows outside food, and we enjoyed pizza one evening. The service was excellent, and the staff was very accommodating. For shorter trips, we mostly used cabs, which were readily available. The location is great for activities like desert safari, with easy access to pickup and drop-off services. On our last day, although our flight was at 11:00 pm and checkout was at 12:00 pm, the hotel provided a luggage storage facility. They also allowed us to use common washrooms to refresh and relax in the lobby until our flight time, which was a thoughtful gesture. I highly recommend this hotel to families and groups looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and amenities. It truly made our dubai trip memorable!

We had 5 nights stay at savoy park apart hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Room service was excellent. Breakfast buffet spread out was nice and very tasty. Walkable distance to burjuman metro/sharaj dg metro. Swimming pool was clean but small. Hotel manager was very helpful in solving any enquiries. Overall excellent experience.

We have investigated on all your interactions with the staffs and could identify 2 incidents. Your key card was deactivated once as the payment was overdue. This was immediately activated when payment due was made, and your credit balance was restored. The second incident was when the housekeeping knocked on your door to alert you on the pipeline disinfection carried out in the hotel and the measures to be taken. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused as it was beyond our control. We could not find any anomaly with the Gym or Pool. If your requirements were for a larger pool and Gym, you could have availed the same in our other hotel Savoy Crest which is located on the same street, 1-min walking distance. At the Savoy, we take every genuine guest criticism and complaints as a challenge to improve. We look forward to host you in any of the 4 Savoy Hotels in Dubai. Excellent rooms at a very affordable price. Location is amazing, for budget travellers. It's got all the basics covered. Check in was handled very well, considering the rush at the time. Room was very cozy and has everything to make one's stay comfortable. Housekeeping did a commendable job in cleaning the room. However, there seemed to have been an oversight in replacing the refill in the shower gel dispenser. But nothing that wasn't fixed with a call. However do note that the pool that is available is pretty small and the parking spaces are a tad bit narrow too. The difficult part would be getting in and out of the parking area. Considering the fact that they do provide ample parking spaces, i feel that can be overlooked. However, new guests can be prepared for the same, as maneuvering a big suv into the parking won't be that easy. On the whole, ticked all the right boxes and do plan to visit again.

Our group of four stayed at this Savoy Park Hotel Bur Dubai for five nights during our visit to dubai, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, with nearby options for breakfast and grocery shops, making it very convenient. The rooms were very clean and well equipped with amenities like a fridge and an oven, which allowed us to enjoy a unique experience of cooking in the room. We booked connected studio rooms, which were perfect for staying together as a group. The Savoy Park Hotel Bur Dubai amenities were top notch, including a gym and a swimming pool, where we had a great time. We also used local transport for longer distance activities like the view at palm and wild wadi water park. Burjuman metro station is within a 15 minute walk. The Savoy Park Hotel Bur Dubai also provides a free shuttle to burjuman metro station in the morning, which we found very useful. The Savoy Park Hotel Bur Dubai allows outside food, and we enjoyed pizza one evening. The service was excellent, and the staff was very accommodating. For shorter trips, we mostly used cabs, which were readily available. The location is great for activities like desert safari, with easy access to pickup and drop-off services. On our last day, although our flight was at 11:00 pm and checkout was at 12:00 pm, the Savoy Park Hotel Bur Dubai provided a luggage storage facility. They also allowed us to use common washrooms to refresh and relax in the lobby until our flight time, which was a thoughtful gesture. I highly recommend this Savoy Park Hotel Bur Dubai to families and groups looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and amenities. It truly made our dubai trip memorable!

We had 5 nights stay at savoy park apart Savoy Park Hotel Bur Dubai. Room was spacious and very clean. Room service was excellent. Breakfast buffet spread out was nice and very tasty. Walkable distance to burjuman metro/sharaj dg metro. Swimming pool was clean but small. Hotel manager was very helpful in solving any enquiries. Overall excellent experience.

Breakfast was good. But even after charging so much they don't even give 1 bottle of water complimentary in room. If you decide to buy water, their charge for water was higher than nearby stores.
