Stayed here for 6 nights. The staff including front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant workers were welcoming and ensured we were comfortable throughout. Special mention to Adnan at the front desk for being warm and helpful with our requests! The daily free shuttle to Dubai Mall is a big plus as the inaccessibility to the metro station by foot is a drawback of this property. The in-room dining options are decently priced and serve as a good option if you’re lazy to step out in the Dubai heat. Overall superb experience and definitely recommend!

As always, our experience was fantastic. During check-in, the staff member Sheen recognized me and my boyfriend, providing excellent customer service and even giving us an upgrade. The room was beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with complete amenities. Additionally, Danuka was incredibly attentive and accommodating, granting us a late check-out. Upon departure, the team greeted us warmly, and Amir checked in with us to ensure we had a pleasant stay—which we absolutely did. I’m proud to say I’m a loyal, regular guest, thanks to the exceptional reception team and the hotel’s cleanliness.

Lousy hotel not clean rooms were spacious. Reception was very poor took a lot of time in giving room. Couldn't provide change for aed 100. Couldn't book a big cab saying it is not their duty. Advice not to go to that hotel. Not worth the money.

Located in a prime area, easy to get taxis. Breakfast spread to be improved a lot, lacks taste. Getting seated as a family during peak time (8- 9) is a herculean task moreover keep waiting till they refill the stuffs make us feel more irritating. Didn't try à la carte as we felt it's more expensive, there was a restaurant nearby, which had both north and south Indian food options. Cleaning staff are cooperative, no issues. There is a bar inside which is open till early morning which the guests should be aware of (as we were not). Freshly prepared tea or coffee options not available in the restaurant menu (ridiculous). Most of the attractions are nearby. Will not opt for this hotel again.

It was a nice stay, i always got upgraded. The reception was kind morning and afternoon shift. Only the location was far from the La Quinta by Wyndham Dubai Jumeirah.
