There are mosquitoes coming in and no mosquito repellent was offered. I have to go to shop for mosquito repellent. Also room do not have dustbin, we have to use toilet dustbin. Swimming pool do not have enough space. Also Lady manager keeps saying i don't know whenever we ask anything such as sight seeing package, agency for phi phi island etc

The toilet was broken, the receptionist was most rude and was yelling at my 75yr old father, refused to provide complimentary breakfast a bit early. Yelled for nothing during check-in and check out and this was not just with us but another old American couple. Even when my father asked why she was getting angry as they had just arrived she kept yelling in Thai. It’s the most horrible place and should be shut down.

There were too many mosquitoes in room. There were no telephone in bedroom to contact reception. There was no one to carry my luggage. Also, there was no lift to reach out to your room.

The receptionist was rude and there were spiders in the room, no water bottles were provided on time even no taxi services provided when required even it was mentioned as a complementary one.

I liked the fact that this hotel is very close to the airport and that's the reason we chose it for the last day because we had an early morning flight the following day. Also the provided us the free airport drop at 4 am so that was very convenient. Few things that I didn't like are that the hotel receptionist was extremely rude which is very unlikely of Thai people. Also there isn't any elevator in hotel and no one was there to help us with the luggage. We had to carry 3 suitcases ourselves up to the room. Also, there weren't any refreshments in the room. Usually hotels provide you complimentary coffee/tea in the room which wereissing here.

Room was nice, cheap and close to airport. If you have early morning flight and don't want to wake up early to travel from Phuket town, this hotel is a good option. It's just 5 minutes from the airport and they also have free drop service.

The worst hotel I have ever checked Inn

My check in denied after being booked for one night. Asked me to pay extra money if you want to stay or just get lost. Staff is really rude. If you are planning here to stay near Airport, then just trust me there are really so many hotels in same lane. You can directly go to any hotel and ask for a room. They have so many of rooms and at a very cheap rates. Do not book this hotel at any cost.
