The room was good, size was also good but the bed was very hard plus it was two twin beds joined together which made it super uncomfortable. The property will charge you 1000 bhat as security deposit which is not mentioned anywhere in the house rules. Overall at the same price you can get a better 5 star property. Also smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel you will need to go down and exit the hotel to smoke even a cigg.

The stay was lovely, the team was so humble and approachable, they gave us a free upgrade! Rooms were lovely, spacious. Food options are elaborate and tasty! Pool is very clean and well maintained! This property is higly recommended

Horrible and unpleasant staff at the reception. Arrogant and absolutely uninterested in guests and taking care of guests. Some people at the coffee shop are good.

Pathetic staff . They have no manners how to talk and they don’t even understand English . This hotel is not at all recommended for Indians and mainly for the one’s carrying toddlers with them . We requested for something to make or even just boil , they just rejected saying we can’t . They were not even bothered of asking anything needed ,it felt like they were kind of doing a favour to us by keeping us in hotel

Hotel staff was rude in behaviour provided us last corner room. we thought its only we but same they did to other guest for glass misplacement. We would not recommend stay with this hotel

It’s average nothing to say great, less options for Indian food. Services are also average, staff is cooperative.

Patong Paragon Resorts is a centrally located property which is very comfortable and offers almost everything a tourist to Patong would desire. Very close to the beach and all the hot spots of Phuket, it is an ideal place to stay. It offers a lovely pool, good restaurant and excellent gym and steam and sauna facilities.

*Good Points:* 1. Convenient location, with 7-Eleven just across the road. 2. Patong Beach is accessible, though the entrance from Bangla Street is a bit far. 3. The nearby Dabeli restaurant is a great spot for Indian tourists, offering good food at reasonable prices. 4. Laundry and juice shops are conveniently located nearby. 5. The hotel pool was excellent, with a depth range of 80cm to 120cm. 6. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. 7. The security guards were helpful, especially when navigating busy streets. *Bad Points:* 1. No one offered to carry luggage from the car to the lobby. 2. No welcome drinks were offered. 3. The reception staff, particularly one staff member, seemed unhelpful and took a long time to find our booking and room keys. 4. There was no staff available near the pool to assist guests. 5. Vegetarian options for breakfast were very limited, and the Indian dish wasn’t prepared well. 6. Room service was slow, requiring multiple calls to get anything done. 7. In the night, calls for room service and housekeeping went unanswered; only reception was reachable. 8. The hotel food was expensive and tasted bad (e.g., pizza, garlic bread, and strawberry ice cream). 9. No one checked in with us about our experience during our stay. 10. The hotel felt more like a place that just allowed us to stay rather than providing a guest experience. 11. Transportation to Bangla Street and Patong Beach required taxis or tuk-tuks, which charged 200 baht. 12. After check-out, no staff was available to help with luggage. *Overall:* The property has potential but is poorly managed. It seems like they either lack sufficient staff or motivation in hospitality, which is unusual for Thailand’s service sector. Unless things improve, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Everything was excellent.. 50 meters to the patong beach. very specious rooms with all amenities.. staff was very friendly.. huge breakfast menu with vegetarian options.. 7 out of the 5 star.. value for money.. exact opposite of the seven eleven store

hotel room is good but for vegetarians breakfast options were limited. Overall stay was pleasant. Bed was huge which made comfortable for me with my 1yr old to share as well.

Everything in the hotel is great, nice location and stay, but the air conditioning system seems aged making lot of irritating noise 24X7 which is unbearable. Breakfast options can add south Indian dishes if possible.

Break fast is very good. And rooms are also good. especially direct pool access. But the amenities mentioned not there.

Very nice place to stay. Peace, Rest, Beach and Your time. Near 7Eleven makes life very easy. Everything was perfect.

The hotel is very old. The staff being very arrogant and unwelcoming. People with family or kids should avoid this hotel as the hotel staff cannot tolerate the kids. Staff will find every way yo charge unreasonably. We were told at the time of checkout that couple of spoons and sausages are missing from room. We had to go inside the room again and find those spoons etc in the room itself. They charges us 1000 rupees for a glass shampoo bottle which broke accidentally in the washroom which is insane give that tiny bottle would hardly cost 20-30 rupees. The location of the hotel is near beach but that is the end of the beach where no one visits. The main area of the beach is few kilometres away so no way this hotel can be callled to be near beach. Overall very poor stay. Not value for money.
