Family room is excellent for families with young kids. Separate bunk beds and washroom for kids along with video game setup makes it an ideal room. Clean and comfortable stay. Direct access to pool. Loved the stay

This property was located on 4-5 minutes walk to Patong Beach and market is just outside its entrance. Breakfast spread was quite decent and delicious yet location of the property provides added advantage as we had the option to relish local delicacies walking through Patong Market. For night party people Bangla Street at 8-10 minutes walk gives another dimension to stay at Patong. Kids had good time in Swimming Pool area. Property was neat,clean and comfortable.

I had a 4 day stay with family at Novotel Phuket Vintage Park Resort and we liked the property very much. It is very conveniently located at Patong, close to beach and all other shopping areas. The location is covered under free pickup by almost all the tour providers and Grab cabs are also available instantly at all times. Property is well managed with well behaved staff, and the breakfast buffet is also nice with lot of options. Quality of Indian cuisine may be improved though. Breakfast starts at 6am which also makes it convenient to go for sightseeing after an early breakfast. There is also a minimart within the property with several daily consumable items, reasonably priced. The WiFi is convenient, has great coverage and quite fast as well. Overall, it is a perfect stay at Patong, and offers good value for money. Will definitely recommend and will definitely choose for my future stays at Phuket as well !

I stayed for 3 nights from 18th july 25 to 21st july, I had 2 pool facing rooms 3201 & 3207, 1st ac was not working in 3201, after so many calls they came then did something n it started working but after 3-4 hours it again didn't work. secondly there was power break down on 20th july & surprisingly this 4star hotel doest have power backup for rooms , they provide power back up only in common areas, This thing I have experienced 1st time in my life,tht after charging so much money they don't have power back up (generator)which is a basic need. & last but not the least AC of 3207 started leaking & there was water all over in my room. pls watch out before booking. I stayed at Holiday inn from 15th to 18th n now it's regret my decision why I changed the room, Holiday inn was amazing & Novotel vintage park was super disappointing.

Stayed at Novotel Vintage Resort Patong recently and it was a really smooth, fuss-free experience. The location is spot on — close enough to the beach. The property itself feels like an older classic — think vintage charm with sprawling pool views, big courtyards, and a lovely tropical vibe. Rooms are spacious and clean, though the interiors are slightly dated. Still, everything works, and the beds are super comfortable. The pool is the star of the show — huge, clean, and lined with plenty of loungers. Staff was helpful and courteous, quick with check-in and check-out. Overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a relaxed, family-friendly resort with good service and a central location at a fair price. Would definitely consider coming back!

good rooms, good staff, good stay, less vegetarian options in breakfast..Overall ok .. will stay next time too

I was going visit Phuket for the first time ever and with my Wife and 11 year old Daughter,so i researched Location, Hotel reviews , nearby restaurants,clubs etc (the things i wanted ) ,Safety and overall nearby vibes....i researched it for 7 days daily online whenever i got time between my work .....and at last decided to book Novotel.... And review from my heart is..... Super Best Location - nearby all famous restaurants be it chineses,Thai,japanese,Halal,Indian, Seven elevens,Burger King, Mc Donalds all MAX in a walking distance of 10 Min...( 10 min. walk was some times tiring for me but again its upto u i u want taxi u can).... 2nd.... All staff at Novotel were super good and respectful ( saying this bcoz i read reviews of many Hotels before i finalised Novotel that staff were rude and disrespected their clients) 3rd...Super chilled AC rooms 4th...Though people mention that Hotels in Phuket take refundable Security Deposit but receptionist just asked if i would like to give security deposit for orders etc to which i said that i ll pay for each in room order she agreed and didnt take any deposit.... 5th.... swimming Pool was so very big where my kid and my enjoyed a lot.... 6th....Felt super safe in this hotel that i left my kid alone in the room and went with my wife to late night Clubs that made my wife Happy as we just wanted to have our time out of family responsibilities OVERALL 100/100 .....Peace of Mind and Loving experience

Geat place for family , staff is very co-operative . Hassle free checkin and check out , Huge swimming pool with cyrstal clear water . Rooms are small but enough for family of 3

This is pathetic hotel, false description by make my trip that room having bath tub attached as hotel denied for same in superior king room. Although property is big but they didn't clean room daily well and breakfast isn't good.

This is the third time we stayed in Novotel vintage park, the room very nice and pool so big, the staff very friendly and welcoming. Mild in the reception she helped us to upgrade with good rate. The food at the breakfast also very good quality and they care about us to have chicken as we don’t eat pork all overall amazing hotel I highly recommended to stay in this hotel also the location is perfect in the center of patong easy to walk around. 7eleven & top Market also near the hotel all is excellent

all was good in the hotel we got our room at 11 o clock in the morning good room service good breakfast buffet very impressive pool was to good , not happy with the washroom need to maintain bathroom our sink got choked but & jet spray is not working properly but later it will be fixed by the hotel staff else all good good location 7 min walk to patong beach loved to stay for 5 days. recommend to all
