Good ambience, poor amenities, not-kids friendly

The ambience of the hotel and the size of the room are the main positives of this place. However, many of the basic amenities that are associated with a four-star hotel are not operational such as lift, spa, kids play area, clean supply of hot water, etc. Barring a few of the hotel staff, the others were not cooperative and it was difficult to communicate with them. From our experience, we feel that this hotel is not a kids-friendly place.

Good Stay

Best stay that I could get in Phuket on Karon beach. The transfers from hotel to Patong was helpful. It is a walking distance from Kata beach and its night life too. We had a separate vegetarian section for lunch and dinner we had and hence no complaint on food. Please change your tour partners for day trip to islands, as they were not pleasing. Simba day trip are one of the best in Phuket.

Best stay that I could get in Phuket on Karon beach. The transfers from Horizon Karon Beach Resort & Spa to Patong was helpful. It is a walking distance from Kata beach and its night life too. We had a separate vegetarian section for lunch and dinner we had and hence no complaint on food. Please change your tour partners for day trip to islands, as they were not pleasing. Simba day trip are one of the best in Phuket.
