Terrible Experience During Stay at Coconut Village , Phuket

I recently stayed at Coconut, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The room was in very poor condition: The room had bugs, which made the stay very uncomfortable and unhygienic. There was no proper lock on the door, which raised safety concerns. The door made a loud, unpleasant noise every time it was opened or closed, adding to the inconvenience. This is far below the standard I expected.

Fantastic Resort at this price point in Phuket. Lovely smiling ambiance…nice location although not on the beach, just 2/3 min walk. Decent spread for breakfast. Hassle free checkin and checkout. I had a pleasant stay at Coconut Village Resort. The location is one of its biggest highlights – just a short walk to the beach and also very close to local markets, which made exploring the area super convenient. The room was clean and well maintained, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. The bathroom deserves a special mention – the bathtub was spacious and perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location of the property was good and the staff is also friendly. All the services by the hotel staff was excellent but one thing was my room was near the main road and I can’t sleep because of the noise of the horns of vehicles. I was a major problem for me. Otherwise all the facilities of the property were excellent.

Fungal bad smell in the roo

The room, bathroom, swimming pool and restaurant were good. No Indian food options at all. A fungal bad odour was persistent throughout the stay in the room. A person can get a respiratory infection because of this. They sprayed a room freshener after a complaint at the reception, but still the odour was always there. Rude behaviour of the man who takes the bags to the room.
