Restaurant is good but hotel room is very disappointing.

The hotel location is in very exciting and interesting place, close to khaosan road however hotel room has disappointed me. Very small room given to me. The daily room price is unjustified. This is first time i experienced such a small room in bangkok with this price. Other facilities also limited. They dont provide drinking water in the room. Ac was also not working properly. Hotel is clean and food is good in the restaurant.

I have given 4 star, reducing 1 star because rooms were very small no windows, we have selected standard double room which was very congested, due to which i have to upgrade the room with superior double room which was having one window but that room"s ac was not working otherwise the place was at its best location the best part of bangkok within main city so i enjoyed my stay there. Also i have included breakfast in my package but i found that there was not much option for breakfast otherwise it was a good experience

Old and worn out but location is good

The hotel is old and all the facilities are old. The pool area was full of mosquitoes. The night we checked in, there was some problem with the shower and water suddenly started running very low. Somehow i manage to take shower but my partner couldnt. Next day i wanted to call for room service but surprisingly, there was no intercom in the room. I had to go outside and call for someone and they called a technician. While he was trying the check the problem, there was a sudden fire in the geyzer. It was all smoke in the room. We thought we will be given another room but shocking we werent. Finally the technician changed the geyzer and the water started running normally. The only thing good about this hotel is its location.

I have given 4 star, reducing 1 star because rooms were very small no windows, we have selected standard double room which was very congested, due to which i have to upgrade the room with superior double room which was having one window but that room"s ac was not working otherwise the place was at its best location the best part of bangkok within main city so i enjoyed my stay there. Also i have included breakfast in my package but i found that there was not much option for breakfast otherwise it was a good experience

I was to catch flight back home and selected to stay for 1 night. The location is right in middle of city and quality of room was good. Saw people partying till morning. Overall satisfactory. Wish I could stay longer but had flight to catch.

The location is the best in Bangkok. A lot of European visitors, staffs were very helpful.
