4. Room were not clean and upto the mark. Furniture were broken also the housekeeping didnt showed up for three days to clean the room inspite of us telling them regularly to clean the room as we had 8 month old baby. Swimming pool very dirty and stinky. Very disappointed with the service and not worth the money.

It's cheap but few things are broken and not in shape. Breakfast is good but ensure you have it before 10am. Its little away from the main bangkok areas but still you can easily do it with a cab ot bts

The hotel's USP is its location connected to everywhere. Spacious rooms and good eateries nearby. The only problem is that the management is stingy on small things. Rooms are so large, but there is not a sofa where you can stretch.

The location is 2 min from Chong Nonsi BTS. Even if you have heavy luggage, you can still make it to hotel without any trouble. Checkin was smooth. Have not tried breakfast. Its is 10 min walk from Patpong night market.
Over all great location, AC got too cold. The AC controller didnt work. Had to switch off AC to make room warm. There was no bedpost in the room. The wall was the bed post. Over all good stay.

Good hotel. Value for money. Location very convenient. Staff was cooperative though little problem with language pronunciation. Allowed us to keep our baggages even before checking in and after checking out. Rooms were kept clean and provisions were kept properly.

The reception upgraded our room and were really helpful in giving us directions! There is a cafe attached to the restaurant and a good supermarket Villa market just about 60 metres to the left of the hotel followed by a shopping complex and a flea market which one will simply like.

I booking this hotel, but the front office let me go to another lower level hotel (the heritage baan hotel). I realized I was fooled by the hotel. This experience is very bad. Next time will not stay this hotel again

Food was average. Rooms were worst. Too small to live in. Lifts were too hot to be in. Saw cockroaches in the lift. The person at the reception had no smile. Not considerate at all. Very near to the Chong Nonsi BRT. Location is perfect but hotel was horrible.
