Wonderful stay for the whole family

We absolutely loved our stay here at the Metro hotel. Right from the beginning, everything was perfect with them. We had already contacted them about our late check in and did receive prompt reply over email. Upon reaching, we found out that they had upgraded our rooms to accommodate our little kids. The rooms are clean and spacious compared to most hotels in Seoul. There is daily cleaning as well. The hotel is located at one of the most happening tourist places of Seoul and is at a walkable distance from the Airport bus stop, which was really comforting as we could only reach the place after 10pm. The reception staff speaks good English and were very welcoming and accomodating. They also helped us to make additional upgrades during our stay. The hotel also has a kids play room equipped with toys and books, a PC, microwave and laundry room. A big shout out to the free massage chairs available on the 2nd floor. Es Breakfast spread was decent, there is also a 24x7 7-11 besides the hotel lobby which was our midnight snack place. Would 💯 recommend this place, especially if you have little kids.
