Poor Stay

business

the jacuzzi drainage is not working properly. the guy in conceirge is un helpful while im checking out i need to scale my luggage and he give me the portble scale and he let me do it since i cannot carry it i asked one lady which she help me and the worst part the guy was standing with us no courtesy at all.
