The bathroom was choked up while taking a shower. Also the most important thing is that we booked to night to sleep cause we reached late at night and we had an island booking the next day, but the bed mattress was dented inwards and we got a back pain in the morning because of it. It’s basic to have good beds and mattresses in a hotel however cheap or expensive it is and it was disappointing.

- no room cleaning, i stayed for 5 days no room cleaning. - ⁠no soap for handwashing in washrooms - they give tap water to drink if you ask for mineral water it is chargeable 1$ per bottle - ⁠i ordered cream pasta thinking it is veg but according to them white sauce or cream sauce pasta includes chicken and they served chicken to me who never ate chicken - ⁠no apologies they gave for serving chicken to veg people - ⁠my package included breakfast and dinner but they said there is limit of 25$ and everyday they used to limit exceeded. even two people will not be able to feed properly. - ⁠don’t know why the staff was rude,

Location- excellent. Right on the main street having shops, restaurants. Beach distance- hardly 30 steps(1 min walk to hulhumale beach) room- small in size but enough to crash in for less time, has one small balcony food- quite average, being served in restaurant right at downstairs hotel management- very polite and helpful

Rooms are ok but the room service is terrable. No one literally there to attend the guest requirement in the room. Survice wise it below the all standards. There in no lift in the hotel. The attached restaurants to the hotel is of below standard. Service at the attached restaurant is also below standard and food really don't have any test.

The stay was very nice. We reached the hotel 3 hours before the check in time, then also rooms were given within half an hour, along with refreshments. That was very good hospitality of the staff. Staff was also very calm and sincere. Rooms were nice, city view from the balcony was ok. Clean and tidy. Extra bed was a little poor in quality. Washrooms had shower jel and shampoo but no handwash for the wash basin. We stayed at second floor, there was no lift only stairs. We coped with it without any issue. Breakfast was offered by the hotel in a restaurant next to it which was ok.
