We visited bali in december, which had a bit of rains. This place is located in legian and this lane and some adjoining lanes are prone to flooding. I had the following experiences while staying there: 1. Room was spacious but the ac being small took forever to cool the room 2. The bathroom was getting clogged regularly. 3. If you ask them to clean the room and change the bedsheets, they will say yes and will only clean the basics. They did not change the sheets despite various requests 4. Though legian floods every year, the hotel gets flooded with waist deep water. Its impossible to step out without a float. One gets stuck in the hotel without food. All the plans get destroyed. The hotel being aware of the floods should inform the guests of the same and make arrangements, so that the day should not go waste. 5. After the floods, the pool was dirty, we asked them to clean it and they filled it with so much chlorine that it became unusable. 6. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially pande. 7. The villa has a bedroom, kitchennete, outdoor seating, pool, sunroof bathroom, wardrobe area. The villa is really good. But one can't enjoy it because of the above-mentioned reasons. All in all, we were not happy with this place and do not suggest wasting money on such a hotel with such bad service.
