Stay was average. It is better to book a air bnb instead - Location : on a hill hence good views, near to harbour but too far from all the attractions ( both east and west island) - Hospitality and Service : very poor, staff is rude, even basic necessities like glasses are not provided, - Room : spacious but old style with very poor maintenance and lack of cleanliness. e.g. big stains on sofa, bathroom is notnvery clean - Amenities : nothing apart from pool and reataurant - Breakfast : very poor spread and lacks hygiene

The location and room are good. A few problems we faced - 1. The door lock and bathroom lock were not working properly, they fixed it later. 2. Food was not up to the mark at all. Breakfast spread was limited. Vegetarian options were lacking in taste. 3. In general the service could be better.

The hotel upgraded us to suite which was really sweet of them. The rooms were very spacious and airy. Kids loved the living area for playing around. Property’s location was good. The views were great. Two pools so we could pick and go to the one with less crowd. The spa service was great. Food options were there for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free was available but limited. They also help in arranging for return ferry and car pickup
