Our stay at the Hilton was excellent and truly memorable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The food was superb, especially at their Indonesian restaurant, desserts , where every dish was authentic and flavourful. What stood out the most was the hospitality—staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Even when we had a query, the team responded promptly and resolved it with genuine care. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Hilton to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and great dining.

The hotel is nice with a beachfront; spacious rooms and courteous staff; India food options are very limited though. However, you feel the plushness of the amenities. The deluxe ocean front view room at the resort is pretty good. The check-in process generally takes a long time and one has to actually wait till 3 pm which is the official check-in time. It is only about 20 minutes from the airport and I had a wonderful overall stay at the resort.

The Hilton, better be avoided in Bali, old dated rooms, slow service, worst food. Same food is repeated for 3-4 days, here I am not only referring to menu but also to food, whatever left in morning is served in evening and next day too, practicality nothing in vegetarian. Only positive point is location, pool and beach. If you traveling with family and are vegetarian this hotel is nightmare.

Property is aged, food is subpar, morning buffet experience was bad, they just shut everything at 10:30 sharp irrespective if you in queue for your order or still eating and plating. The rooms are very big but definitely just like the property they are in need of major renovation, just feels like 2-3 decade old property. The restaurants Shore and Breeze both also serve sub par food. Also, the hotel’s so called private beach is extremely dirty with poop lying on the beach and too much garbage around

It was a worst experience at hilt-on bali. We had gone to celebrate 25th wedding anniversary at hilt-on bali. We had booked deluxe ocean room and nowhere it was written twin bed in the booking and hotel gave a twin bed room to a couple who had come to celebrate their 25th anniversary. Even after multiple requests, hotel did not even consider to provide king bed. I have not seen such a rude and inconsiderate duty manager (indravati) in any 5 star hotel. They had provided a king bed only after taking extra amount after wasting so much of time. It was really an unpleasant experience.

Excellent stay, if you book an ocean facing room. The rooms were well equipped with amenities. The breakfast buffet spreadsheet is huge and tasty. All that said, the hotel is located in nusa dua which is located in the south. The hotel is a bit far off from tourist location so you may need to decide accordingly.

Property is amazing, as an indian i didn’t like the breakfast spread. I have had much better breakfast options in other 5 star properties. Service is very poor

The Hilton Bali Resort is nice with a beachfront; spacious rooms and courteous staff; India food options are very limited though. However, you feel the plushness of the amenities. The deluxe ocean front view room at the resort is pretty good. The check-in process generally takes a long time and one has to actually wait till 3 pm which is the official check-in time. It is only about 20 minutes from the airport and I had a wonderful overall stay at the resort.

Beautiful Hilton Bali Resort and what a lovely view of sea. Staffs are very nice and haven't seen such a vast spread of breakfast in ky entire life journey. The private beach is clean and clear. Will come back again
