Most pathetic experience so far!

Too small rooms, not given any body lotion, no extra soap, only 2 bottles of 200ml water and if you want an extra bottle, it's for 10! no late check out, if you are late after half an hour, it's on a chargeable basis. For the same price, there are much better hotels providing better services at no extra cost.

It was a very good stay at Stanford Hotel, markets are nearby. Metro, bus stops all facilities available in walkable distance. Very nice staffs.

Good location, paid breakfast and excellent service

Small rooms and fit two guests, paid breakfast had a huge spread, close to MongKok MTR and other eat outs. Amazing service at the hotel and the staff were very helpful during the biggest Typhoon Hong Kong has seen in the recent past.

This is a good hotel which is easily accessible from Mongkok MTR ( EXIT E2) and is about a 10-15 min walk away ( depending on pedestrians and time of day ). It also has easy access to and from Lo Wu on the East Rail line via Mongkok East station which is another 12 - 15 min walk away on the other side of the hotel. ( Currently the escalator is out of order due to some construction work - so not recommended if one has heavy luggage). Overall this is a clean, value for money hotel ,. I gave it 4 stars for service not because they were unable to upgrade me to a superior room ( having stayed her a few times previously as they were apparently very busy, but due to the fact that none of the receptionists t check in has a smile on their face. While there is no denying the fact that they are efficient, a smile would go a long way !!! Overall - I definitely do recommend this hotel.
