Best Western Plus Hotel Kowloon

Facilities is very poor not provide basic necessicty like water , toiletries and wifi also not work Very rude in talk with customer

Lodge is far resort than this hotel best Western plus hotel Kowloon. Reception staff very high attitude.. Rooms very bad.. No ac working.. Called staff to repair he also very arrogant... Food in breakfast very bad.. Never ever suggest to stay in this hotel...

The hotel rooms were very pathetic in condition. The furniture and accessories were very much run down. Looby from the lift to the room was very dark and gloomy. Staff was not at all courteous. Hotel approach was also very bad. Bathroom accessories was also horrible. All the rooms were very small. In spite of booking King size bed, we were given two twin beds. We changed our rooms three times but still all the rooms were in the same pathetic condition. Breakfast variety and qualitu was also very bad.

Small rooms, no in room dining bathrooms was too small, overall average experience.

The room provided first was supper dirty unhygienic and after that the room given was very small they had better rooms but didn’t gave me because I was an Indian tourist. Lady at the reception was supper rude to me and was not ready to listen. This is pure discrimination and would have never booked this hotel if would have any idea about this kind of behaviour and discrimination

rooms are not good , lobby is dirty also , no tooth brush , no water bottle , also when i come , ur Receptionists are busy on mobile , ,

The hotel was terrible. I actually booked for 3 nights but I left after 1 night itself, it was so dirty that I couldn't stay there. Please don't book this hotel.

The hotel maintenance is good. But the room service is not upto the level. Overall it is comfortable stay. It is nearer to my place of visit.

Great location , did not use the amenities or the food, service is good as per Hk standards make sure to get change to use the vending machine or buy the octopus card

You are showing good picture in the site. Hotel is horrible. Small room. Not even keep one suitcase space in the room. Wash basin inside the room. We vacated the room next day. Hotel refunded two days money to booking. Com. You must refund this money to us. To keep your reputation remove this hotel from your site

we stayed in this hotel from 29th of March 2025 till 4th of April. This property has its own advantages and disadvantages Advantages 1. Great location, very accessible to all attractions 2.Good staffs,Good housekeeping 3. Neat rooms Disadvantages 1. very less floor area you feel suffocated 2. Nothing like the images you can consider 1/3 rd size 3. no views you can barely see anything, you cannot keep the windows open as well 4. No complementary water you have to pay for everything except tea bags and sugar 5.Also we have selected a room with out breakfast coz 66HKD per person didn't feel worth it compared to the available options 6. not sure they have the other amenities like gym, spa etc ddnt explore them Overall if you are a budget traveller who don't spend the day in hotel this is a good option coz traveling and getting bus or metro is very easy from this location if you can spend a little more there are lots of other options with more space coz if you keep your luggages there won't be no more space to walk.

location was good. However food ( breakfast) was really not at all good! No croissants, muffins, fresh fruits. also the attending ladies were not very friendly. No drinking water or glasses were given either. other than location, shower and the comfortable bed, we didn't find it value for money.

The hotel was good and clean but the room was very congested and was very small bathroom was also very small and bathtub was attached exactly beside the western commod there was issue with hot water for 2 days in my 4 day stay overall it was clean bed was big and good the staff was helpful

Overall the stay was comparatively average. The location was good at tsim sha tsui and hence we opted for this hotel. Well connected with public transportation within 5-10 mins. The basic amenities were on par and we did not opt for breakfast though largely it was continental food with eggs and non-veg. We had issues with showers, taps and not well lit rooms, giving a dingy look and feel. The carpet flooring was not very clean and was not dusted before handover. They didn’t have a helper to manage luggage and had to transfer ourselves. Big problem was hotel did not provide drinking water due to govt regulations and had to buy every single day. Heard similar complaints from others staying at this hotel. Not worth the price we paid for the number of days we stayed where we had booked 2 rooms for 8 nights.

Stay and room service was excellent. I had stayed for 10 days. Staff was also cooperative and booking was also ease from makemytrip

The room is clean wifi is good doors are not smooth need to provide free water which is missing this time

I booked & paid for a Superior room. But the room they gave me was a dirty, stinky, rathouse with fungus everywhere. What didn't work in the room - power sockets, AC, plumbing, leaky shower, blocked drainage, bad smell (fungus). The fungus and stench even gave me an infection, and I had to take heavy medications. Every day I requested either a different room or a refund so that I could go to another hotel. Instead of new room they sent staff to put a scented spray in the dirty room. Horrible service overall even for breakfast. Initially, the manager & staff declined giving any refund, and said no other room was available. Finally, on the third day of stay, they agreed to give me another room. Nobody in staff speaks English. However, even the new room has multiple issues like broken lever for soap dispenser, commode not working, etc. Room is not sound insulated, so u can hear everything ur neighbours say or do, even snoring, making out, and toilet use. My holiday in Hong Kong is wasted and I also fell ill because of the bad quality of this hotel and its staff. I want a full refund and this hotel (actually it's a decrepit hostel) . Best Western Plus should be banned See the photos as proof of level of uncleanliness, disrepair & bad hospitality. Nothing good, only some rooms have a view of another building. I deserve a refund.
