Hotel was really good and staff were also very good. But I had 3 nights booking, but first day I did not get ocean view room. From 2nd day they changed my room. I raised the concern on the same day, Please note we should avoid for international hotel booking as you always need to make international call to for raising an issue.

Only breakfast option was available to dine at the hotel and there were very little options available in the buffet. Some days, there was no option for any vegetable meal. There was no availablity to feed kids with milk or any suitable drink. There was only pork and beef, being an indian me and my family staying at hotel cannot eat that. The food was not continental mix. There was no service to order anything from kitchen after 2 pm and this information was not available anywhere while booking the hotel. Regarding service, room cleaning was not good. The reception suggested guest need to clean the cups in the room by themselves and if we need any extra cup or glass they don’t have any in there stock. Even the floor cleaning in the room was not even done with proper hygiene.
